Scope of this Cookie Statement

This Cookie Statement ("Statement") explains how Flamey.AI ("Flamey", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit flamey.ai, any sub‑domain, or interact with the Flamey platform (collectively the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

Legal basis

For visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the placement of non‑essential cookies is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the e‑Privacy Directive. Essential cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest to operate the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Definitions

Cookie – text file containing a unique identifier that is stored on your device.
Web beacon / Pixel – small graphic used to track actions (e.g. email opens, page views).
Local storage – browser‑based storage similar to cookies.

Categories we use

Required to: (i) serve the website, (ii) prevent fraudulent requests, (iii) remember language selection, (iv) store the consent signal itself.

2. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics with IP‑anonymisation enabled to compile aggregated statistics about visitors (page views, referrers, device type, etc.). Data is retained for 14 months.

3. Marketing cookies

Enabled only after consent, these allow us to (i) measure advertising campaigns on Google Ads, (ii) create remarketing audiences via Meta Pixel, (iii) prevent duplicate impressions.
